Clarity and customer service. No one will answer the phone nor return emails since I asked questions about the clarity of the ear rings
User's recommendation: Understand what you’re buying and clarity. I called and spoke with someone once and I guess the questions I asked about the clarity was offensive. The phone was never answered again for me in 6 months

The complaint did get forwarded to Agape and they have been back in regular communication online only . Perhaps they are cutting back on hiring costs as the result of a financial re-structuring , but they have been in good communication via Email and are acting willing to work with me on the return / exchange .

Hello my name is Tiffany Adley I purchased a paid of diamond earrings order number 10015**** (*.0CTW Round Cut Stud Earrings in 14K White Gold (2.0Ct Each).
I am aware that these are man made diamonds but under the impression that they could test for diamonds of tested. I had them clean and tested and came back as glass. Can you explain to me why they didnt test as Diamonds?

I found many unhappy customers and the response to their review is always the same, seems like there is no human interaction. I am not buying at this location.

I understand this is not a real diamond, but what really pissed me off to start was that Fup shipping. They promise me a 7-day delivery when they took my money and this is now day 12 and my package is nowhere in sight.
IF WE ARE PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A PIECE OF GLASS, WHY IN THE *** CANT THIS CHEAP A$# COMPANY,AT LEAST SHIP IT FIRST CLASS, IF NOT VIA FEDEX.To add insult to injury that damn customer service rep state "we don't promise a shipping time".Thats BULLSH$#.
