For some unknown reasons, my order was returned to you and had never gotten to my door. No need to send it back, whick means, i cancel tbe order.

I demand that you return the money to Affirm, so I can get a refund of the payment that i already made I'm waiting on your decision, so is Affirm. Thanks.

I was told I have a credit for 588.00 dollars but never sent the credit information to order something else where is my money or credit

I am currently shopping for Diamonds. I was attracted to the company name so I decided to find out more about it.

I found many unhappy customers and the response to their review is always the same, seems like there is no human interaction. I am not buying at this location.

I understand this is not a real diamond, but what really pissed me off to start was that Fup shipping. They promise me a 7-day delivery when they took my money and this is now day 12 and my package is nowhere in sight.

IF WE ARE PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A PIECE OF GLASS, WHY IN THE *** CANT THIS CHEAP A$# COMPANY,AT LEAST SHIP IT FIRST CLASS, IF NOT VIA FEDEX.To add insult to injury that damn customer service rep state "we don't promise a shipping time".Thats BULLSH$#.

You promise me a shipping time when you took my money. WTH.

None to my knowledge, thank you..

I paid for Express delivery 4days ago and haven't heard from them as of yet

Went to a jewelers today to have my rings cleaned, she said they were very beautiful and asked where I got them from told her and she said you know these arent real right? I said yea they are lab grown.

And she told me no their not, she then tested them and I asked her nicely if she can test the metal and guess what!

They are 10k but stamped 14k so please buyers be ware she told me they only worth a couple of hundreds not thousands we spent over 2500 of my set to find out it worth way less than that!! So sad Monday morning Im calling because we just got them like a week ago!!

Worst company out there fake diamonds they will steal your money don’t buy the need to be put out of business

I absolutely LOVE my Agape Diamond ring! It’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured online.

Fantastic quality and craftsmanship. And the company was fabulous - excellent customer service!

The showroom is impeccable, the customer service was beyond incredible, and they had an amazing inventory. I could've spent my whole day there.

I've been to Kay, Zales, International Diamond Center, Helzberg, and Ackerman in the past two weeks, and I just happened to notice Agape on the side of the road. What a "gem" this place is. I highly recommend saving yourself the stress and time by going here first.

the gold on my rings keep coming of...i've had to send them back 2 times to get them fixed and they are trying to say its something that im doing and i know better...haven't even had them a year...paying 1500 for them and they prolly arent worth a penny what a joke....next step i see is a lawyer...cause im sure they will prolly change again.

Per the email I received asking for an update- They still suck. Still refusing to refund me.

They have the jewelry and want me to pay to have a defective item returned to me. They are rude and condescending. Whoever writes their emails has poor grammar and spelling skills. They are insisting I didn't contact them on the 16th where I have proof I did.

They claim I scratched these $3,000 rings after wearing perhaps 5 times for a few hours. I filed a complaint with the DOJ and will contact my local DA and more than likely file a civil suit.

We received our diamond requested a refund and were denied

After receiving our diamond in the mail it looked fake and we promptly requested the return authorization and sent it back only to have it sent back to us again a week later with an email stating g that the tag had been removed ... there is NO WAY that this occurred since we never even had it on long enough to have this happen ..

I literally tried it on .. Jared it and out it back in the nick .. tag attached an all .. I could clearly see that the large print said DO NOT REMOvE TAG.

I have contacted Agape several times to no avail with them stating that they have security cameras for items packed in and out of the facility ... I said great .. then show me the footage because somewhere there is a disconnect ... so show me Agape beca use I ah e not heard back from you...

it is ludicrous that it cost so much for a fake diamond that looks fake when a reputable jeweler would gladly keep the consumer happy with a real diamond purchase .. Shame on you Agape and give us our money back
