According to the Agape Diamonds return policy, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the time you place your order. You should return the merchandise in new and unworn condition, without any damage and that and in original packaging with all the certificates. Please email Agape Diamonds customer support for a return authorization number at customerservice@agapediamonds.com. Agape Diamonds recommends sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. They are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at their facility. Once they receive your package in the sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to the company register log. When the item is processed, Agape Diamonds accounting department will then be able to issue your refund.
