Call to place order in the Florida store in November the person on the phone told me diamond was real never told me it was not a real diamond received Diamond supposed Diamond was happy with it went to Jewelers and said he was cubic zirconia called customer service and they hung up on me not satisfied and would never deal with you people again

When you think it wont happen to you. My side "diamond" fell out like everyine elses.

Sent it back to get resized and have the stone replaced. I waited weeks to get it back.

No side stone replaced. This ring looks terrible.

I see Agape Diamond's facebook ads all the time, and they consistently purposely mislead potential customers into thinking they are buying lab-grown diamonds, when in fact, they are buying highly over-priced CZs. I have tried numerous times to educate potential customers by leaving comments educating them between lab-grown diamonds and "man-made diamond simulants," the exact terms Agape uses to mislead people.

They are counting on people only seeing "man-made diamond," and betting on people not thinking twice about the last word, "simulants." And, it is obviously working from the numerous people complaining they didn't realize they were buying CZs.

Agape has continuously deleted my messages educating people that they are being mislead. Now, they have completely blocked me from commenting under their Face book ads, so they can continue to mislead their customers into believing they are receiving lab-grown diamonds. If Agape wanted to be transparent about what they REALLY sell, they could simply use the word "gem," or simply "diamond simulant," but they know using "man-made diamond simulant" will fool most people who aren't paying attention. They even name their company "Agape Diamonds," to further convince people they are selling diamonds.

They do not sell diamonds! They sell CZs for a rip-off price.

Definitely avoid a company who knowingly continues to fool their customers into believing they are actually buying real diamonds! When someone points out that they are not, those messages all get deleted, which is further proof that the company is crooked and trying to hide the truth from potential customers. They need to be TRANSPARENT and let people know exactly what they are buying without trying to hide the truth from those who don't pay much attention to all the words they use to describe their CZs.

Agape "Diamonds" needs to change their business name, first of all, which implies they sell diamonds.

They need to stop using the term "man-made diamond simulant" to confuse the masses. Obviously, if they just use the term "diamond simulant," people will know it's man-made, and it wouldn't be as confusing to customers.

They purposely choose language to confuse their customers and make them believe they are buying diamonds. They hide and delete messages made by others to reveal the truth of what they really sell, and block these people altogether, which just proves they are trying to hide the truth from potential customers.

This company is the most poorly run I've had this displeasure of working with.Which is hard for me to say from one small business owner to another. I ordered a loose stone and 2 bands.

They only sent ONE band and loose stone. I emailed them right away to make them aware of their mistake. I was told by the girl answering the phone the manager would have to look at the security footage of packaging and he would be in at 11a. He didn't come in until much later in the afternoon and he was the only one that could review the security footage.

By that time they missed the cut off to send out the SECOND band. I sent an appointment with a jeweler AFTER I received tracking information for a Friday appointment because my item was set to be delivered on the previous Tuesday. I am now out $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT with the jeweler. I was offered by the "manager and one of the acting partners" a refund of my $20 shipping.

What a JOKE! I asked how my original order could go through so many hands and departments and not realize the order wasn't complete. Nothing just a flat blanket apology. When I asked to speak to another "partner" he told me I couldn't because they won't speak to me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY OPERATE LIKE THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY WHEN THEY ARE IN A STRIP MALL STORE FRONT OFF A 6 LANE HIGHWAY!!!

we purchased a 2 carat engagement ring ( the Radiant Cut split shank) and my initial inspection found an oddity in the main stone setting (no opening underneath, but a solid surface instead ?) but decided to keep it anyway. Soon after, I noticed scratches on the surface of the main stone, and this was with the naked eye.

Customer Service was responsive, and made sending the ring back for repair easy. The ring came back (in a new setting - now there is an opening underneath?!) and all was well until today, only a month later, when one of the small side stones fell out. If I were hard on my jewelry that would be one thing, but I am extremely careful and do not wear the ring except when going out. It is very frustrating to have had this happen.

Although Customer Service responded quickly to my query, they state that I will have to pay for a replacement stone which angers me, given the circumstances. I haven't yet decided what course of action to take.

I have lost a stone out of my ring. I would like to get it repaired.

Im,literly in tears my husband bought me a engagment ring and we were wo dering why we didnt get an apraisal with ring so befire oyr enganent party i go and get it appraise to fibd out the setting was 18k white gold but the stine was glass i was heartbroken,called off the party which cost me $5200.00 this is horriable im,so saddddddd Agabe diamonds in tampa florida should be out if bussiness.

My husband purchased my ring and they sent the wrong ring. He had a special event planned to pop the question and when he called customer service they did nothing to quickly send the ring he paid for and then the customer service rep told him to have me try it on before he sends it back to make sure it was the right size.

Boy was that surprise ruined.

In many ways. Then they offered no compensation for our inconvenience.

Ordered July 2018. Received for my wedding September 2018.

Ring was huge they resized to the SAME size. Then had it evaluated after diamonds have fallen out!

These are cubic zirconias!

Filed a claim with the bbb and this company stated I bought this in 2016. I’m very upset I want a refund and they said no way. They have been nothing but rude.

They have erased my complete order from our online account but I have a receipt and all communications. Do not buy here they rob people!!!

I bought two Agape diamonds. I do like them and am happy with them, but you get what you pay for.

I thought that simulated and synthetic were the same, so I thought I got a bargain, but I found out that Agape simulated diamonds are just a little better than CZ's, and are not lab created synthetic diamonds. If you do not want to spend a lot, then it is good. I eventually spent more money and got the better lab created diamond from a reputable jewelry store. Agape is good for the money but do your research.

The shine stays and still looks good after years of wear. If you want to spend less than 1/10 of a real diamond than it is worth the price.

I sent back my wife’s ring and matching band to be cleaned. I received the ring but did not receive the band.

I contacted them but they denied I sent in the band.

Now I have a ring with no matching band.

We have had to have a diamond replaced 3 times! This is rediculous!

Why would anyone even consider getting a man-made diamond for their girlfriend/boyfriend? That's ridiculous.

An actual mined, conflict-free diamond is a representation of your love, now how much money you saved... If you don't agree, try re-selling your lab-created diamond and tell me how much it is appraised for. It's worth over 40% less than an actual mined-diamond. Also, you might think, "well why would we want to resell our diamond if we are getting married?" HELLO!

She/he might want an upgrade in the future. If you purchased a diamond ring from Agape, thinking it was going to be the actual thing. You obviously didn't do your research...

It's not the company's problem when they don't have a certification from GIA from their website, that's your problem. You should've spent enough time as much as the money you spent on that fake ring to do your own research.
