Do Not Buy From This Company. They are Scam artists.

Brought the ring to the jeweler and they will not touch it. He told me that it was a cheap cz. I am so ticked. We were told that I can return it within 30 days.

They are saying that it is 30 day from when i purchased and not when i have receive it. That is total bs. I asked for a manager and was told no one was available that I would have to wait. I gave them my number and still have not heard from them.

They grilled me on returning the stone when they have a no question asked policy. They are full of it.

DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unless you want to pay for over priced fake stones.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $223.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Agape Diamonds Cons: Lied to about quality.

I don't care where they were created. Are they real stones that's all that matter!!!!

I don't care where I take the ring or earrings to get appraised they should say they are E diamonds and they are real. If I want costume jewelry I will that. I'm purchasing from Agape under the impression that they are real diamonds.

Sorry I'm not paying over 25.00 for fake jewelry. I was looking to get a pair of diamond studs from here.

Lab Created Diamonds will not test positive as a natural diamond, Agape Diamonds sells lab Created diamonds and this is published all over their website.

Agape Diamonds offers a 30 day risk free shopping experience , all merchandise can be returned within 30 days no questions ask for a full refund. They will even email you a pre-paid shipping label

I have purchased several Items from Agape Diamonds and have also retuned merchandise back to Agape Diamonds, they issued me a refund eve single time.

You should not take it out on Agape Diamonds for not returning your merchandise within the 30 days.

The experience we’ve had has also been horrendous.... poor quality, poor service, and everything that has “ gone wrong” has been at our expense.

There is absolutely nothing you can do after you’ve given them your money. Loose stones, missing stones... zero guarantee no matter what the web sites say. You’re response can be how you feel but you don’t need to defend this company to someone else’s bad review, unless you have some stake in this company.

I’m not running anyone down but I do expect the service that is promised and advertised, which was not provided. In my opinion, they are beautiful pictures of jewelry that should have been left where it they were instead of purchasing them. We’re very unsatisfied with the product quality, the poor and costly service and the lack of product confidence shown to us by this company. All we’ve really seen is how much more it’s going to cost us.

So if anything else goes wrong with our engagement/wedding ring set, we will be cutting our losses and buy something else. As there is no other recourse of action but I can tell you this, there are 100’s of people directly related to me and they will all know about this company and how they affected us.

Lab Created Diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds. They are not Cubic Zirconia. It's illegal to advertise CZ as a Lab Created Diamond, as they're two different things.

Agape advertises as lab created but they are not the lab created synthetic real diamonds; they are simulated which are not much better than Czs.

I see Agape Diamond's facebook ads all the time, and they consistently purposely mislead potential customers into thinking they are buying lab-grown diamonds, when in fact, they are buying highly over-priced CZs. I have tried numerous times to educate potential customers by leaving comments educating them between lab-grown diamonds and "man-made diamond simulants," the exact terms Agape uses to mislead people.

They are counting on people only seeing "man-made diamond," and betting on people not thinking twice about the last word, "simulants." And, it is obviously working from the numerous people complaining they didn't realize they were buying CZs. Agape has continuously deleted my messages educating people that they are being mislead. Now, they have completely blocked me from commenting under their Face book ads, so they can continue to mislead their customers into believing they are receiving lab-grown diamonds. If Agape wanted to be transparent about what they REALLY sell, they could simply use the word "gem," or simply "diamond simulant," but they know using "man-made diamond simulant" will fool most people who aren't paying attention.

They even name their company "Agape Diamonds," to further convince people they are selling diamonds. They do not sell diamonds! They sell CZs for a rip-off price. Definitely avoid a company who knowingly continues to fool their customers into believing they are actually buying real diamonds!

When someone points out that they are not, those messages all get deleted, which is further proof that the company is crooked and trying to hide the truth from potential customers. They need to be TRANSPARENT and let people know exactly what they are buying without trying to hide the truth from those who don't pay much attention to all the words they use to describe their CZs. Agape "Diamonds" needs to change their business name, first of all, which implies they sell diamonds. They need to stop using the term "man-made diamond simulant" to confuse the masses.

Obviously, if they just use the term "diamond simulant," people will know it's man-made, and it wouldn't be as confusing to customers.

They purposely choose language to confuse their customers and make them believe they are buying diamonds. They hide and delete messages made by others to reveal the truth of what they really sell, and block these people altogether, which just proves they are trying to hide the truth from potential customers.

Their website says over and over, "simulated diamonds." It is in their small print and their warranty section. Simulated diamonds are not lab created, which have all the chemical properties of a mined diamond.

Simulated could mean: moissanite, white sapphire, white topaz or a "created" version of these.

If you can't afford or don't want to pay for a real diamond then shopping for a stone that looks similar to a diamond ( meaning a white/ colorless) stone may be the perfect thing for you. However, know what you are buying and compare prices to prices. Saying you've paid $900 for a 2ct princess shape stimulant when someone else paid 17k for a 2ct princess shape diamond and acting like you got a better deal is ridiculous.

They are different and one isn't better than the other, simply different. But people who try to pass off their simulated stones as genuine mined or cultured (lab) stones are the same folks who buy their $20 Rolex watch on Canal st and swear up and down that it is exactly like a genuine Rolex watch are pretty sad.

If you love your ring, love your ring and don't lie about it. Buying fakes and passing them off for the genuine thing says a lot about the person; just as the item is inauthentic so are you.

excellent point! I did not research enough about the simulated part vs the lab created part when I bought my two diamonds from agape. But you are right on in that for $900, you cannot expect the real thing.

please do not waste your money. I took it to two different jewelers and they said that it was a bad cz. They do not honor their word on returns and I am still waiting for a refund.

Agape has lied to me over and over. I have returned the stone only to have it returned to me again.

I'm still out my money. I would not recommend this company to any one. I wish i had read all of the reviews before ordering from them.

They had sent me a message initially to say that I needed to adjust my complaint other wise i would not get my money back. And once I did they still refused my package.
